To request a refund, contact info@calizor.com with your order number within 90 days of delivery.
Approved refunds cover the product price paid on the first qualifying order (excluding original shipping) and are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days; no product return is required.
Single-bottle one-time purchases are not covered by the guarantee.
Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded regardless of product.
Approving a guarantee refund cancels any associated subscription.
